1. HSE POLICY OF HELISUL TÁXI AÉREO LTDA

Helisul Táxi Aéreo Ltda, a company specializing in passenger transport, scenic flights, specialized aerial services, and maintenance, carries out its mission in full compliance with aviation, quality, environmental, and occupational safety laws, standards, and regulations. It promotes its Occupational Safety Policy with the goal of meeting the expectations of employees, stakeholders, and the general public by operating under the highest safety standards.

Senior Management of the Company undertakes to:

• Be a responsible corporate member of society, committed to continuous improvement regarding HSE;
• Promote the use of aircraft with the appropriate authorities in activities that bring positive environmental impacts, such as wildfire suppression, inspection of power transmission lines, oil and gas pipelines, environmental monitoring and enforcement, and ensuring the safety of those involved;
• Provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees;
• Minimize environmental impact and optimize the use of natural resources; comply with or exceed regulations, legal requirements, and national agreements;
• Ensure that HSE considerations are integrated into all activities;
• Develop a culture that encourages employees to take personal responsibility with regard to HSE;
• Communicate HSE performance openly and seek ways to meet the expectations of stakeholders and the general public;
• Aim to eliminate all incidents and physical injuries.
