During this COVID-19 pandemic, we want to emphasize our commitment to the health and well-being of our teams, customers, partners, and their families. We are aware that the situation continues to worsen, and we need to contribute to social distancing to contain the spread of the new coronavirus.

As we continue to closely monitor all updates and follow the guidance of the competent authorities, we understand that it is essential to limit any impact on our service to you.

We are putting efforts into maintaining a safe work environment for our employees involved in aircraft maintenance, FBO (Fixed Base Operations), and charter services.

Our teams are instructed to minimize direct impacts on your daily operations while maintaining the safety of our operation for all those who use our services.

In this context, we have taken some measures that we would like to share:

✓ The first one was to instruct the majority of our team to work from home. By working remotely or on a rotational basis, we have significantly reduced the number of people in the same environment.

✓ Due to the reduction of air operations at the main airports in the country, our bases will be operating with reduced staff after 6:00 PM and only by appointment between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

✓ The punctual services of aircraft maintenance and parts sales should be requested only through the communication channels. The service (and/or scheduling) will be provided according to the other areas involved in the respective bases.

✓ All of our customer service channels are operating normally, and we will always have someone ready to assist you.

Despite having reduced teams, with information and advance planning, our services will continue to be provided without any disruption. We will continue to monitor the situation daily and adapt our activities as appropriate to ensure that everyone is served. Whenever possible, please provide your plans and needs in advance to our teams using the customer service channels.
